The MHS Serves Workforce Support Program will fund proposals from nonprofit community-based organizations that are seeking to enhance existing workforce development programs that benefit Medicaid-eligible adults in Indiana. Funding is structured across two tiers to address both participant-level needs and broader system-level improvements.
Funding categories include:
Program Implementation: Support the expansion or enhancement of direct workforce services that prepare Medicaid-eligible adults for employment and help them meet work reporting requirements.
Capacity Building: Improve the knowledge, skills, infrastructure, and coordination capacity of organizations and systems delivering workforce development services.
