The Youth Mental Health Empowerment Partnership Program will fund proposals that support non-profit organizations that are seeking to enhance or improve existing youth mental health programs that benefit underserved communities. The funding categories include program implementation and capacity-building.
- Program Implementation: support the implementation or improvement of promising practices and evidence-based programs in community-based youth mental health programs in Indiana.
- Capacity Building: improve the knowledge, skills, and abilities of employees who are supporting community-based youth mental health programs through strategic professional development.

These expenses are unallowable as they constitute billable clinical services.
